Four Pillars of Company
As a guideline for company role, PT. Indonesia Miki Industries has Four Pillars of Company, namely:
1. Revenue
- Revenue is the "top line" of all PT. Indonesia Miki Industries business activities.
- PT. Indonesia Miki Industries revenue is generated from the achievement of sales against the yearly budget and sales growth compare to previous year, both in terms of "volume" and "value".
- Revenue is intended to achieve sustainability and maintain long term growth for the company.
2. Profit
- Profit is a financial benefit that is realized when the amount of income derived from business activities exceeds costs incurred.
- PT. Indonesia Miki Industries profit comes from achieving profits against the budget and profit growth from the previous year.
- Profit is intended to achieve healthy and optimal measurement in terms of ROA and ROE.
3. Work Plans
- Work Plans are how an individual workers or functional group inside the company achieves predetermined goals and objectives.
- PT. Indonesia Miki Industries work goals and objectives must be achieved through strategic planning, work plans and measurable execution.
4. Risk Management
- Risk Management is the process of identifying and evaluating to minimize uncertainty or risk.
- All PT. Indonesia Miki Industries business activities are carried out with risk management that views the risks from different perspectives, they are "financial risks","operational risks", "perimeter risks" and "strategic risks".
